Os 7.1.0 bundle 2123 experiencing echo and tinny sound in calls...HELP?

Upgraded to above bundle at prompt of phone, not only own. Now texts are delayed, I get echo and tinny audio in call. HELP! 

Update (11/21/2012 @ 9:40 AM) - this reverb and echo does NOT persist when my phone is connected to a land line, only on a mobile phone.

I also upgraded 4 days ago and now my contacts are quadrupling and my calendar is only syncing random dates. HELP!! I live by my calendar and contacts!
