Phone physically locked up *Help*

Hey,

 

So my phone right now is physically locked up. My phone is the blackberry storm 2. So the screen is locked and the power button wont work.

 

If I plug in my phone to the charger and hold down the power button, I get the charging symbol, but the thing is it was full charged an hour before this lock up.

 

Is this normal. Is there anything I can do?
