I have the new Tour, and when I was at work one time, I had my phone on vibrate, but it rang, and not vibration one time. Why did this happen when it was supposed to be on vibrate?
This was an issue with the Storm as well. It's either an OS bug or a file corruption in your device. Simply back up your device with the desktop manager and reload the OS or take it to your nearest VZW store and have them do it. Backing up your device at home will save you time so all they have to do is wipe and reload if you're not comfortable doing so.
