Problems with Storm

Has anyone else had problems with this phone?  Mine was replaced after three weeks because the touch screen would not work..my wife had hers replaced after a month because there was no audio out.....now my new one keeps locking up and the only way to get around that is to take the battery out and re-install.  Also when the battery is low, my touch screen does not work, so you cannot make calls. Is this inherent in this phone where getting another will not help?  As far as I am concerned, it is a piece of junk...

I think the storm itself is a great device having one myself. It takes much getting used to when it comes to the navigation. I think once you get used to the flow of how applications load and close you get used to it, but until then it will take getting used to. Also, with the freezing I know they released one software updated months ago, but there should also be an upcoming one that hasn't been scheduled officially yet.
