Bought a Storm 2 3G mobile access plan on 6/14 to support my laptop and tablet while on vaca. 3 times I fiddled with the VZ tech support folks. Twice on the phone and once in a northern NJ Verizon store. Most were clueless and all tried to sell me a Mi Fi. Problem is I need this functionality for 10 days and then I am all over a 'Droid phone. Called again today 7/27 and got hooked up with Ray of Rochester. Call was just long of 30 minutes and ALL my questions were answered and issues solved. If any of the suits are reading these posts you need to thank Ray of Rochester for his effort. I did and I told his boss too.
