Dear Verizon,
I am disappointed that I cannot stream unlimited songs through the VCast Rhapsody software to my BlackBerry Storm. What is the point of being able to buy a song that I can download on my laptop first and transfer it over. In addition, there isn't enough memory to store all of these transferred songs along side of my other files and data. I might as well keep using my mp3 player which will do the same thing with Rhapsody. Do you plan to release a newer version that supports streaming?

I had the same issue - whenever I tried to transfer music from my Rhapsody library on my computer to my Storm I got the error "A Problem has occurred in obtaining the device's certificate". To fix the problem I had luck with deleting the hidden DRM folder on my Storm. The down side to this is that any existing music you have on your phone won't work anymore (but Rhapsody will):
1. Deauthorize your device
2. Close Rhapsody and unplug your Storm from the USB connection
3. Change to USB Mass Storage Mode (use advance search to find an article on how to do that)
4. Plug your Storm back in and find the new drive letters in My Computer or Explorer
5. Navigate to system and delete the DRM folder and everything underneath it (you may have to show hidden folders for see these folders).
6. Unplug your Storm and disable USB Mass Storage Mode
7. Plug your Storm back in and reauthorize your device
8. Now copy over the music that you want - previous music will no longer work
