I just got my phone last night. I am not completely familiar with everything yet so this might be a dumb question. I have purchased two ringtones for my phone. It said that I would receive an email/message and to save from that email/message. I never received that message. I then tried to transfer all my ringtones, newly purchased and older, to my phone. I got the same thing, you'll receive a message. Again, I never received that message. What am I doing wrong? Am I missing an accessory I need for media, I'm at a loss so any help would be appreciated.
