SMS error 0, when sending to a Sprint customer

Suddenly I am getting the following error messages when sending a text to a friend on the Sprint network:  SMS error 0, Message ID (random number) General Problems.  I am able to send texts to anyone else without a problem.

I sent one to him last night without a problem, but can't send one today.  I also tried to call *228 Option 2 and it made no difference.

Sprint Confirms Text Message Problems.  Google "sprint text messsage issues."
