Setting up a BIS account

I was trying to set up a BIS account with my PIN and MEID numbers but it keeps telling me that I already have an account.  So I had my account password sent to my phone and it said that I did not have an account that it needed to be set up.  How do I get my user name so I can try and log in then?

I really think you mean BES but to setup a BIS account go to options>setup wizard>email setup and follow the nexts to verizons site. There you can pick add account and just type in your email. No pin needed or user needed. Now a BES enterprise server will require a user and pass and requires a pin. If this is what you are after talk to your network admin or your companies IT people to get that.

If you have a blackberry email account and you set it up from your phone then you need to contact VZW technical support & ask them to provide you with your user name for access from your PC
