New to the Verizon forums. I was wondering about the new OS that was promised to becoming out soon(back in Feb) by customer support. I believe I was told to hang in there and it should be out soon.
Im lookin to hear from a Verizon working not just anyone who posted.
I cant believe Verizon would allow a phone with as many problems as the storm has to be in use on their network. I have seen websites about petitions and regularly check the BB forums and I can see that there is a majority of storm users with the same problems.
I have even had my storm replaced once.
Can any verizon workers please shed some light? I highly doubt you will and I know customers are really getting frustrated. Very poor customer service Verizon.
