Storm Resets

I have the BlackBerry Storm and I'm having a problem with it reseting.  I'm using my BlackBerry Messenger and more time than not, the phone will reset on its own.  Is anyone else having this problem?

Also, where is the best place to get updates for my phone?

I haven't run into this specific issue myself, but I know that you can check for software updates over-the-air using under the blackberry menu. Otherwise, you can have a representative check for updates as well. But again, they can be done over-the-air in most cases (with the most current one for a fact)
