Storm does not stay locked

I lock my Storm by pushing the lock button on top, then put it in holster.  When I take it out of holster, it automatically comes out of lock mode w/out me pushing the button again to unlock it.  My device is already set to not automatically answer calls when I take it from holster so that is not the solution.  Device was not behaving this way before the latest upgrade (06/2009).  Also my device is set for an auto-power off for a few hours each night.  I want Storm to stay locked until I press the button whether in or out of holster.  Any suggestions how to change this new behavior?

The holster you have is designed to do that. I have one for my curve and they auto lock when you put them in and unlock when you take them out. Its doing what its suppose to.

1st - thanks 4 responding, but I knew what the holster was supposed to do.  Some additional info about this issue & maybe something else will come to mind about why Storm is doing this.  Before the recent upgrade (6/2009) my Storm did not auto unlock after coming out of holster.  I liked that I had to actually press the lock button.  And even without it being in holster, sometimes if I push the lock button it comes out of lock automatically.  I think of this Storm as a mini-PC so this is just a little annoyance that I can live with.  Again, thanks.
