Storm hangs up when I put phone in holster

Hi Sorry if this has been asked before I could not find it in search. I use bluetooth when I talk on the Storm. When I am on a call and put the phone in the holster the call disconects. Is there a way to stop that.

You should check your call options. Pull up the dial screen and hit your menu button, then go into Options. The one should be "General Options"..then you should find a line that says "Auto End Calls". It's probably set to "Into Holster" but you can click on it and change it to "Never".

Hi Michelle. Before I read yuor post I called Verizon Tech Support. The settings on the Storm were correct so she felt that she should call RIM. She connected me to the RIM tech people and determind that it was a software glitch. We had to wipe the Storm and reinstall. The Verizon Tech was awesome in the fact she knew right away she needed to get RIM involed. I wish I remembered her name so I could post it. RIM was great. I was on the phone with both companies for quit a while. I found both parties to be professional, competent and enjoyable to work with. I have been a very long and satisified customer of Verizon Wireless and this is just anohter reason why. This is my first Blackberry that I have had for a month and this is the only problem I have had and I am very happy with the product and the support. Keep up the good work and thanks for all your help on this forum. Sorry that this is not the usual waaaa waaaa bash post that seems to be the norm on this forum. People must understand that you, Verizon and RIM are not the problem but the solution.
