I just did a google search of "TV on Blackberry" and found a number of third party applications (such as sling box) that purportedly feature this ability. I didn't go into whether or not Verizon has support for this feature. I did see that AT&T seems to have a bit more support for this on their BB's. Hopefully, you can find something that provides the programming you're interested in viewing
