Tour 9630 and GPS Apps

Can anyone tell me for sure that Google Maps, Gpsed, and other 3rd party apps work on the Verizon Tour?  I currently have the Curve and it is locked to Blackberry Maps and VZNavigator only.  I want more use from my Blackberry.  Also if the Tour GPS does work, does Verizon somehow assess fees for using 3rd party GPS apps?

I have a new Tour.  I downloaded Google Maps and it works great with GPS.  I haven't tried any other "free" apps yet.  The only thing you use with any of the map programs would be your data, which on the Blackberry is unlimited, so there are no other "hidden" charges or fees to use any of the free maps such as Google.

The Tour and the Storm are both autonomous GPS. They will work with third party apps.
