Okay, I have a BB storm and still can not figure out why when I get a txt message it doesnt play the sound I have picked for standard or personal contact?? Suggestions?
The light blinks that is it...but when I get a txt from some people it works?

Need to ask a question. Exactly how are you setting up the individual profiles for the specific contact? Just list line by line how you are setting them up.

I've done a ton of leaks. Heck I've upgraded the entire salesforce where I work. Many people around the forums that are willing to help including me. And as far as losing anything...not to fear. 2 things are true about these devices. You can create a backup of everything on your device and if they brick simply wipe the device and start over. Put an OS on the device, then restore your backup. You have lost nothing.
Think about it....When VZW pushes the MR2 you need to know how to backup your device incase something happens. Maybe you want to start practicing.. Up to you... If you need help PM me I'll be glade to lend a hand.
