How do I go about unlocking my new Tour. I am going to Europe in exactly one month and I want to be able to buy a prepaid GSM card while aboad. Verizon's roaming charges are just way too much. I read somewhere that you need to wait 60 days before one can unlock a Tour. Does anyone know if this is true?
