Uploading back up assistant contacts onto new Blackberry Curve

I was able to back up all my contacts and can view them online.

Now I'm trying to find the application on the Blackberry Curve to upload what I already have backed up and I can't find the application anywhere! I would like to be able to do this myself as oppose to taking it to the store. Can anyone help?
