Verizon Blackberry Curve email set up

I deleted my Verizon Blackberry e mail address because it didn't seem to be working correctly.  Now I want to reestablish this e mail account.  I have tried to use the Email settings to add this account.  But it won't accept it.  Any help out there?

Have you visited the visited the BIS Blackberry/VZW site online?

I set all my email accounts up there and haven't had an issue.
