I had gotten the blackberry because I was told by 2 different people that I would get the employee discount put on my line. I checked the bill and noticed that it was so high, The data was $30 instead of $24. I get a discount of 18% off my monthly bill, because of my union. verizon is just a big lie, and I will not let them get away with this. I want answers now of how they think that think that they can get away with this, or post about if you've ever been lied too before by verizon.
I also was promised a discount for military. It has been over 5 months and we are not receiving it yet. A friend of mine who is also in the military said it took his bill 8 months before they discounted it for him. Its a little frustrating.
Not all employees receive discounts on data. In fact for new data plans you must have a data plan of $50 or more to get a discount on data.
As for the military discount. Go online look for the employee discount link (here it is http://www.verizonwireless.com/b2c/employee/emaildomainauthentication.jsp and complete the form. You need your Military ID or a DD-214. Seems to go better when done online
That takes me to the employee discount page....And i dont have a business. =( I would love to redo the application online if it will get me the dicount faster. I have both items needed to apply
