Are others frustrated with their new plan of unlimited everything. With one smart phone and one basic it will cost us more per month at $15 to $20. We do not text. I do emails and use the browser with my wife just talking. Seriously thinking of dropping the plan ( I have the unlimited data now) and trying a prepaid plan. People seem pleased with Straight Talk. Guess I will wait and see as i cannot change until April>

You are not alone. It would have cost me more money as well. I am a little frustrated at the activation fee. I have been a long time customer and here they are adding fees. 'New every 2' now costs the tax on the full value of the phone and a 30.00 fee to activate the darned thing.
Gonna chase away customers doing this, guys!!!

First, you are NOT required to change to the Share Everything Plan. Second, you need to talk to your taxing authorities on being charged tax on the full price. that is not Verizon.

Hi Fingerlakes48,
I apologize for the delayed reply and I am hopeful your issues have been addressed in the interim. If not, I am here to help because your customer loyalty is greatly appreciated! You are not required to make a plan change. Which plan do you have? How much data do you currently use? When upgrading at a discounted price you can choose a Usage Based data plan or a Share Everthing plan. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
