Vibrate Only!!

I have a Storm and I am TRYING to use it!  When I go to sounds - or just touch the speaker on the home page, I choose "Vibrate Only" and it reads (active), BUT when I get it call, my phone vibrates a couple of times, but then it still rings!!!  What am I doing wrong - my husband just got one also and is having the same problem.

Unfortunately there is no set date for the fix, however because it is a noted issue that means they are working on it.  chin up they'll fix it! 

"RIM has identified the root cause of the item and a solution will be provided in a future maintenance release of software."
