Wiped tour now how to get 4.7.1.61 reinstalled

I made the mistake of upgrading to the Ver 5 OS on my tour.  My handsfree bluetooth devices now all have echo's on the far end and the battery life is terrible.

So I followed instructions I found on the internet to wipe the device.   However I do not have a copy of the original 4.7.1.61 to reinstall.  Desktop manager only allows me to install version 5.  

Where can I download the older OS?   

For now I reinstalled 5.0 and restored from my backup so all is back to normal but I really want to get rid of this OS version as soon as possible
