I need a little info if someone could help. I am receiving a new BB Curve today for my daughter. She currently has a World Edition. My question is when I activate through Verizon online does the BB service automatically switch or what do I need to do. I didn't do the first one myself as my oldest daughter was here at the time and did it. So if someone can tell me as simply as possible I would appreciate it. Thanks a lot!
I always found the easiest way to activate a new BB was to call Verizon and tell them you received a new (replacement/upgrade/etc..) phone and would like to activate it. This will ensure that everything on that line is correctly configured. they can also ensure that your blackberry email account is transferred over.
In theory, When activating a new blackberry online it should give you a list of possible options.
