can anyone answer me on why I can't activate my hotmail email????
What BlackBerry device are you using?
If you are using Curve, Pearl or World, go to email settings-> Accept Terms and conditions ->Select Email Accoounts/Add an email account. Type in your email address and password and click next.
If you are using Storm go to Setup -> email settings-> Accept Terms and conditions ->Select Email Accoounts/Add an email account -. Select Windows Live -> Select @ Hotmail. Type in your email address and password and click next.
Please not if you have an IT profile on device thru work, it is possible for your IT Dept to block certain features.
