all keys on my phone will not work - reboot many times???

also since my keys are all not working can you get your phone messages any other way?

Text messages, I don't think so.  Voicemail - call your own phone number from any phone, and when your message starts to play, press the * key, press the # key, enter your password, and you can grab your messages.
