bb curve /internet server issues

Im on vacation in Miami. My internet connection for my bberry will not connect.  what can i do to resolve this issue?

Hi,

You can try to pull the battery and let your device reset.  That usually resolves those types of problems.

i just updated my towers . that didnt make a difference for logging on to fb via my bberry device or just using my browser.  My phone was fine when i left stl.  cant get any net service here in Mia. perhaps a tower problem?

tried the resetting. i thought maybe if i updated my tower location that would help. should i go back and reset or will that need to wait til i go back to Missouri?

Are you talking about updating your PRL by dialing *228?  You only want to do that from your home area.

It may be just a particular spot where you are right now.  How is it when you go around in Miami?  You can try that.
