bb storm 9530 no bis no internet

hi , i live in south africa and bought a brand new bb storm 9530 from a friend that was visiting overseas.  i am on the vodacomsa network and for the past 7 months everything worked perfectly. about a month ago i do not have bis, bbm, e-mail or intenet services available. i can only receive and make calls & sms's. the phone is registerred on the verizonwireless service. i read on your post that the phone needs to be de-registerred on that network? how do you go about to do it? . is the phone now useless and am i stuck with it ??? why did it work for 7 months??

I definitely want your phone to function properly and I will be delighted to provide a suggestion. As you don't have an active account with us I would highly recommend contacting Research In Motion (Blackberry) to see if they can pull up the BIS account with the meid on your Storm and disable it.
