hello i'm very frustrated with bb tour9630 . at any given time it will shut down the red led will come on and then i get the hour glass on the screen .if it comes back the battery is dead . have pulled battery frequently with no results got a new battery , the reboot stopped for about a day then started up again have found if set in charging pod it will finish reboot and be useful for a little while . have removed all apps except what came with phone any help would greatly be appreciated
