blackberry and facebook

I just downloaded facebook on my blackberry curve and there is an 2f up buy the volume icon.  What dows this mean?

Check all your SMS and Email inboxes. Facebook integrates with your inbox provide you comment alerts and calendar invites.

 

When you first install Facebook it sends you two messages. They're basically "getting started" messages that let you know about the service, what to do and how to set it up etc.

 

So check ALL your inboxes and you'll find the messages to read and then delete them.
