You may be able to send a document or picture via Bluetooth to a printer that has a bluetooth interface.
Currently, I have been able to send pictures to a Kodak kiosk via bluetooth.

Many printers sold these days come with built in memory card readers with small LCD displays. With an sd card adapter, you can remove your micro sd memory card from your phone, place in the adapter and insert the SD card in the printer. Then you can use the printer's LCD to select and print directly from the card. I recommend the HP Photosmart C5500 series that also has a Bluetooth adapter that I can print directly from my phone as mentioned above.
