Have you already activated the new phone? If not dial *228 option 1 to get it activated. If you have already done this, you may try a battery pull. Sometimes it takes a Blackberry a while to sync with the data plan. If you are still having problems, I would recommend that you refresh your host routing table. To do this, go to your options, advanced options, host routing table, press the menu key and select register now. It that still doesn't work, you will probably want to call tech support to have them resend your service books. Good luck! Let me know how it goes.
