Hi,

Welcome to the forums.  Take the battery out for about 10 seconds and then put it back and restart.  See if that clears it up for you.

If you have the Blackberry Desktop Manager installed on your computer, did you also download the application OS for your specific device?  If you did not, you can download it here.  Then restart the install process. Let me know how it goes.

Hi,

Did you have a password set on your device?

Hi,

It sounds like all of the data and applications have been deleted from your device.  You will have to reload your OS on your device.  See the Blackberry help files found here and here for more help.

Hi,

You have Blackberry Desktop Manager on your computer, correct?  Desktop Manager needs to know which device and which software to install.  You have to download that from Verizon's web site here.  Install the file you get from Verizon and it will update Blackberry Desktop Manager.  Then you can try to reload your operating system.
