whe someone sends a video,it says unsupported format cannot play file.media transfer protocol is on.it started this after i updated the storm.
I have the same issue before and after the update. What sometimes works for me is either resetting the phone or closing the file and reopening it. It's funny how files that opened no problem on my Dare have issues on the BB.
