Has anyone been able to hold a conference call (a three way call) on a BB Storm 9550? I have updated my phone using *228. I have had 2 calls with Verizon BB support and cannot get three-way calling to work. I dial the first number, hit Send and am connected. I select “Add Participant”, dial a second number. The BB does not dial the second number. I have also tried (after connecting to the first number), simply dialing the second number without selecting “add participant” first. The BB will not dial the second number. Any suggestions?
