Sometimes nothing happens when I push the 'answer' touch button when a call is coming in. and I miss the call. Any suggestions?
Happens on my Storm 1 sometimes. I personally use a bluetooth most of the time and just tap the answer/end button on the headset.
You can try regular phone reboots. Some people pull the battery regularly. I use a free app called Quick Pull Lite to schedule daily reboots that you can find in Blackberry App World.
