email message not coming in

i receive a message that i need to validate my email password so when i went to email setting to change it; it want let me do

Who was the message from? A text message? An email message? Are you still receiving and able to send emails?

Do you have more than one email account set up on your BB?

Sorry for all the questions, but it may help us give you a better answer.

You can always try a battery pull and see if that resolves the issue. Or even better, an app called "Quick Pull" - it does the same thing without having to physically remove the battery.
