I would like to help get your emails back up and running. Were you using a personal or corporate e-mail account on the device? Does the e-mail account icon still show on the main screen? Are your other data service working, for example web browsing? Have you made changes to the password of your e-mail account on a computer? You can try to re-add the account with these steps.
