Iam trying to set up my work email (pop 3 account) on my blackberry Curve 8330. When I go to email setup the only options I have are (1) use a work email account with a Blackberry Enterprise Server and (2) skip email setup

I do not want to do either. any suggestions?

just call customer service and ask them to make sure u have the $29.99 plan instead of the 44.99 one

I agree. You could be set up on the $44.99 Blackberry Enterprise plan which is not allowing you to set up your personal email. Switch to the $29.99 Blackberry Internet Service to get this corrected.

if that still doesn't work, go to options, advacned options, host routing table, menu key then register now.  after a minute or two it should pop up and re register with the network
