I can not see call status during calls now!! keypad will not work while on a phone call!!! Tried to call Verizon but can't choose any of the # options becausee keypad won't work.... HELP
More details... When I make a call the screen goes blank. The call status is no longer displayed. The number dialed is no longer there..Nothing. I could live with this don't like it but OK. Then I made a call and was prompted to chose numeric options on keypad only to discover the keypad will not work. Any ideas on how to fix?
I hope you have tried to do a battery pull.
If not, I recommend removing the battery cover from the back of the device then removing the battery for about 10 to 15 seconds and then reinstall the battery and let the device reboot.
Start with that. Try another call and let us know if that took care of the issue.
