i hate this phone i call it the crackberry, biggest piece of shit ever. i have had refurbished phones, new batterys out the wazzoo. since they wont help me out im not renewing, so how do i get rid of contract now?
You can call 800-922-0204 or *611 from your handset to speak to a representative who can cancel your account and service. If your contract is fulfilled, there will be no ETF, just the final months bill for service. If you still have time remaining on your contract, there will be an ETF of $110 plus $10 for each month remaining on the contract.
