I have a blackberry pearl (8130). Just swapped it in because my previous phone had an issue with the trackball. This phone is fine except except for the fact that I cannot find the Options application. It's not hidden, or lost in a folder somewhere, it just simply is not there. I've looked numerous times.
I've also tried taking the battery out and putting it back in, and then updating my phone with the latest software to see if that kickstarted it in the right direction. None of that helped.
Is there a way to fix this on my own, or will I have to take it in to have it fixed?
