So my pearl stopped turning on tonight and my friend says verizon no longer has the pearl and i am a alltel to verizon customer. what happens now, do i have to pay for a new phone or what will they give me now?

It depends, if your phone is under warranty, you can get a warranty replacement, if it is not under warranty and you're not eligible for an upgrade, then you can pay the $50 Certified Like New replacement fee if the phone is having a manufacturer's issue, or if it is damaged you can do 1-year contract pricing if you have no insurance on the phone for any phone, but that will extend your contract/ne2/upgrade dates 1 year.
