no "lock" button anymore on Curve 8530!! PLEASE HELP!

After a Blackberry upgrade/ update my keyboard lock button is GONE!  I can't find it anywhere--- any help on this?

I have the Curve 8530.

Try going to Options/Phone Options/Speed Dial Numbers and see if there is a key assigned to Lock Keypad. I'm guesing it is A or K.

I have the Curve 8530.

the lock key on the 8530 is the "A" and just hold it down it locks...to unlock click the play button(mute) at the top

Thanks for that info!!   But I was actually talking about the icon of a lock.  Any idea on that??

The lock icon will appear if you set up a password in your options.
