Receiving every message is important and I'm sorry you're having issues! We would need a little more information to help determine the problem.
Is it only specific numbers? Are they from a certain area code? Are they with specific cell phone providers?
You may start with deleting the threads of messages from these individuals and ensuring you have them saved in your contact list with their 10 digit number, not just 7 digits.
