Apparently I shouldn't have used numbers for a password since I locked myself out the FIRST TIME I had to use it! Grrr....
Do I have to go to the store or can it be unlocked over the phone?

Neither the store nor Customer Service over the phone can help you to remember your password. They cannot bypass the password protection either (that would defeat the security of password protection).
Try your password as just the letters that correspond to the numbers. Example "1234" would be "wers". Good luck.

I had my son accidently set a password on a phone. I took it to the store and they were able to bypass it. I'm sure you are not the first person to do this and I would be very surprised if the store could not help you.

They were able to bypass the password on your Blackberry?
