I was just mailed my replacement blackberry curve. I have backup assistant on the internet, however i can't sync my contacts. I think it's because the internet isn't working and the error message i get when i try to go on the internet is "This is a Wi-Fi service. Please ensure your device has an active Wi-Fi connection and try again." I don't want to use wi-fi though, and i never had to with my old phone. please help.

Hi,
Go to options/advanced options/host routing table. Press the menu button and select register now. That should get you going.
