I downloaded a ringtone from the verizon store, and i cannot find it on my phone to activate it. Is there something else I have to do ?

The ringer will be stored on the sd card.... Check SD Card / Downloads
Move the file to SD Card / Media / Audio / Ringtones and then you can access through the stock ringer selection option....

Under Settings / Sounds / Notification
Settings / Sounds / Ringtones

Wildman, will that work for a Blackberry Curve? That is the space where the question was asked.

Oh.. Good point Ann because I did not catch that part... No that wont work on a BB but the user should be able to assign the ringer with the devices music player and I think the downloads are still in the same location still..
The OP should be able to play file in player and select menu and use a ringtone option unless they change this method..
