my storm 2 randomly shuts down, and reboots. when it does it will go from full battery to no battery needing to be charged. what can i do to fix it?
Had same problem..Figured that it was the battery malfunctioning. Have you tried changing the battery?
do a data wipe and hope for the best
this device was not very good when it was new
I had the same problem and when I called Verizon they said "Yeah, they're know to do that." If you're still within your one year warranty, then get a new one. Mine went a year and a half before it started doing that. Good luck.
