voice commands were deleted from BB Curve. How do I get voice commands reinstalled?

Use Blackberry Desktop Manager to sync with your Blackberry and PC. On the main screen of Desktop Manager click on application loader. Let it sync up with the phone and it will show you a list of applications install/uninstall. Click the checkbox for the voicecontrol.

 

At least, that's how it should work.
